Dr. John Marsh
Managing Director and Co-Founder
John has 25 years' experience in International Development in Africa, Asia and the Pacific, with experience leading projects that develop markets and enterprises to create impact. He has spent extensive time in remote areas, working closely with communities, businesses and government designing and leading projects that deliver lasting local change.
Neil Salisbury
Director & Co-Founder
Neil has 30 years of experience in climate, energy, nature and ESG. He is an entrepreneur and investor having founded several companies in the climate, energy, and nature related fields. He has extensive experience in climate finance and working in regional and remote communities to develop and implement projects.
Ed Cavanough
Advisor and Co-Founder
Ed is an Australian researcher and Pacific Island’s specialist with operational experience across the Pacific, South East and Central Asia, and the Horn of Africa. From 2015-2022, Ed was Director of Policy at the McKell institute, an Australian think-tank, where he led policy research and analysis on Pacific energy poverty. His analysis and commentary on the region is well regarded, and has appeared in the Washington Post, the Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, and more.
